2006
Yancey Hausman, Röhe & Wright Builders and Black Diamond Builders begin to co-develop Cáceres. Preston Wood & Associates’ development plan approved City of Houston. 

2007
Black Diamond Builders and Röhe & Wright Builders model homes are started. 19 floorplans are designed for project. The Cáceres sales center opens its doors and Phase 1 of townhomes and villas are begun.

2008
Black Diamond and Röhe & Wright model homes are completed. The Central Park is installed. The guard house is completed. All homes on Calle Montilla as well as the first 5 townhomes on Feagan Street are completed.

January 2009
This month we broke ground on the Outdoor Cabana.

February 2009
Progress is being made on the Outdoor Cabana and the community pool area is roped off and the digging is about to begin. This month, the builders released Phase 3 of the community and will begin building homes later this month.

March 2009
Pictured below is the Outdoor Cabana, to be completed in late April 2009. Also this month Cáceres hosted Spring in Spain, the annual Women's Resource Reception around the park and in the Fontana.

April 2009
20 homes SOLD! The Cabana and pool almost complete. Smith & Hawken Rockin’ Rooftop tour kicks off. Catalan sponsored a festive wine & cheese night on the rooftop at sunset on Earth Day, April 22nd. The Women’s Council of Realtors also stopped by for a tour during the REALTours of Luxury IV event.

May 2009
21 homes sold! El Tiempo, Max'?s Wine Dive & The Corkscrew took turns sponsoring our Thursday night wine & cheese cocktail hour atop our fully-decorated rooftop terraces. On June 24th come help us celebrate the official opening of the Caliza Pool & Cabana.

June 2009
In honor of the completion of the Caliza Pool and Cabana, Cáceres threw a party! Guests were invited to tour 3 models, stroll through our park and splash in our pool. Each home was catered by a different restaurant - Capriccio, Catalan and El Tiempo. Guests were also able to register to win fabulous prizes from Zingara Swimwear and Michael Kemper Salon! Thank you to all who attended.
