Custom TownhomesThere has never been a private gated community with custom townhomes quite like Caceres. Situated between downtown and Memorial Park it is in the perfect location for its residents. Buyers will be able design their home to match their personality and style by choosing from an array of selections for flooring, paint, trim, tile, fixtures, and hardware. All the custom townhomes come with private rooftop terraces with adjoining bar and optional fireplace that offers the resident spectacular views of the city and at least one of the six parks located in the community. Caceres was designed and built by a collaborative effort between two of the most well known and accomplished builders in the area.
